Our Staff

We understand how important it is to properly say goodbye to every member of your family. That's why we have an appropriate "pet friendly" funeral home facility. This is a serene environment where you will find soft music with warm colors throughout the chapel. Your beloved pet is appropriately placed on a cot with a quilted cover. We understand that everyone grieves differently. Some chose to have a small private family visitation with viewing. Some with a service. Others can actually have the opportunity to help place their pet in our cremation equipment and stay during the process until their pet is ready to come home.

Unforgettable Tails is located at 2284 Benden Dr., in Wooster, Oh. The pet cremation facility is located just behind our main funeral home facility, Custer-Glenn Funeral Home, Inc. where we have been in business for over 30 years.

Additionally, our pet associates are available to meet with you 24 hours/7 days a week to help to create the perfect tribute for your beloved pet and family.
